Methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-glutamic acid sodium salt) GPC

Methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-glutamic acid sodium salt) is a linear hydrophilic block copolymer which has a poly(L-glutamic acid sodium salt) section and a non-reactive PEG section. It is a crystalline solid soluble in water. Upon derivatization of the poly(L-glutamic acid sodium salt) part, it can self-assemble into particles in aqueous solution with a hydrophobic poly(L-glutamic acid) core and a hydrophilic PEG shell. Applications for methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-glutamic acid sodium salt) include the conjugation to active molecules for improved activities and the layer-by-layer deposition techniques.

Our methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-glutamic acid sodium salt) has been purified by dialysis, sterile-filtered on 0.2um, lyophilized, and stored under Ar.

Storage Conditions:

Store methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-glutamic acid sodium salt) under the condition of flushing with argon and protecting from light, and below -15°C.
