This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which Alamanda Polymers, Inc. 3. How Does ALP Protect the Information Collected?

a. Non-disclosure of Information

ALP will not sell Information to any outside company or third party; provided, however, that Information collected from you may be transferred to a third party in the event that the business of this site or a part of it and/or the customer data connected with it is sold, assigned, or transferred, in which case the Information would remain subject to the terms of the pre-existing Privacy Policy in place at the time such Information was collected or updated. b. Security and Confidentiality

To ensure the security and confidentiality of Information that ALP collects online, ALP use data networks protected, inter alia, by industry standard firewall and password protection. ALP takes measures reasonably designed to protect your Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Unfortunately, information transmitted on the Internet and/or stored on systems attached to the Internet is not 100% secure. As a result, ALP does not ensure, warrant or guarantee the security or integrity of such information. The services available on this site are intended for persons 18 years of age and older. ALP will not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Data from a minor under the age of 18. ALP abides by laws designed to protect children.

4. Right of Access, Correction, and Objection

Whenever ALP processes Personal Data, ALP takes reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is kept accurate and up-to date for the purposes for which it was collected. ALP implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

ALP offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and legally bound to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Because ALP values your privacy ALP has taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. ALP, therefore, will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
