Product Description:

Poly-L-lysine solution is intended for use as an adhesive subbing solution for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and routine histologic staining preparations. It is tested for use in cell culture applications and is supplied as a sterile-filtered solution containing:

  • 0.01% (w/v) poly(L-lysine hydrobromide)
  • distilled water

Product Description:

Poly-L-lysine hydrobromide is a positively charged synthetic polyamino acid having one HBr per lysine unit. It is a crystalline solid soluble in water that promotes cell and protein adhesion to solid substrates in biological applications.
