Poly(L-lysine)-block-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-lysine) hydrochloride GPC

Poly(L-lysine)-block-poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-lysine) hydrochloride is a A-B-A type hydrophilic block copolymer that has a poly(L-lysine hydrochloride) section on both sides of a non-reactive PEG section. It is a crystalline solid soluble in water. Upon derivatization of the poly(L-lysine hydrochloride) parts, it can self-assemble into particles in aqueous solution with a hydrophobic poly(L-lysine) core and a hydrophilic PEG shell.

Product Description:

Poly-L-glutamic acid sodium salt is a negatively charged synthetic polyamino acid having one Na per glutamic acid unit. It is a crystalline solid soluble in water. Applications for poly-L-glutamic acid sodium salt include the conjugation to active molecules for improved activities and the layer-by-layer deposition techniques for surface coating.

Our poly-L-glutamic acid sodium salt has been purified by dialysis, sterile-filtered on 0.2um, lyophilized, and stored under Ar.
